I absolutely love Mona! She is super sweet, very patient, and has excellent people skills. During my first visit, I was frustrated, but she quickly turned that around with her professionalism and kindness. Mona’s ability to handle customers with such gentleness is amazing. She truly belongs at the front and should be the face of this place. She’s awesome and definitely deserves a raise!
