I was blown away from the start! Called and was accommodated from the beginning of the phonecall, throughout my stay and then some. The staff is amazing, the level of cleanliness and quality is impeccable! The beach house was fantastically stocked, and loved being able to cook a full meal AND bake cookies, all without exporting any of my kitchen utensils. The highest of stars for THE WORST - MOST ARROGANT, RUDE, IGNORANT, IGOTISTICAL, UNEDUCATED, of owners/winemakers... that "it" (not even worth referring to as a human being) is given opportunity of sharing what "it" thinks/feels "it" knows as gospel to others & make money/profit doing it... more than sad that "it" represents itself as part of such such a beautiful part of the country & products/services... makes the beauty of the ace seem like a dump/wasteland. My husband and I had such a relaxing day Saturday at the winery. It felt as if we were on vacation...wine and actually dining on the lake was a beautiful combination. Thank you to all the wonderful staff also!
