Our second time here, great staff, great room, beautiful, highly recommend
My husband spent better part of a year planning an anniversary for us and the last stop was The Chattanoogan, he researched to find a hotel that we could have all of the “luxuries” we’ve never been able to experience. We were so extremely disappointed. They were two hours late getting us checked in and were STILL in the room when we got to it. Came here for a wedding tonight and loved this place!!!! Amazing and sweet people they had as workers!!! I would come back for a night stay!!!
Need to have better customer service and quoted different price at check out than check in. Restaurant was amazing. Breakfast wasn't free and buffet was on the high side. Had 3 different taxes at check out. Call desk about the amenities operator was not friendly or helpful.
