Spa appt. at 12, attempted to board 11:15 ferry to allow time for transport, intake, cocktail and prep. Turned away, could not board until 11:45, talk about rushed. They are wholly preoccupied with ensuring no person be on the island for any extra time. Ok... How about don't offer the services. No steam, no sauna, no robe, no shower and our massage started late accordingly. Good but Nothing special. $500 later, I would recommend you go elsewhere.

If you want to spoil yourself while you’re in the Keys, book a massage at the spa. It was such a beautiful, tranquil location. The rooms are just lovely as is the entire property. My massage therapist, Amber, did an exceptional job. I was so relaxed and felt so calm and pain free afterwards. I can’t wait to do it again next year when we come back!
Great place to stay that's off the beaten path, quiet, relaxing, and very friendly. We stayed there again this year after a week at the Pier House. It was a great way to wind down. Latitudes is a bonus.
It was ok, great massage but rushed and barely minimum experience. It is on Sunset Key which makes it feel unique, but other than that it's just a building. We didn't feel the spa experience that we're used to. Show up based on the time the boat picks you up, you can't arrive early, likely due to the rest of the island being private.
