We came as three girlfriends for Swedish massages and had a wonderful experience! Honestly, for this level of service at this price--it's unbelievable. The jacuzzi was out of service during our visit, but if it's as good as everything else here, I can only imagine it's pure paradise when running. Massage itself was subpar especially for paying extra for a heavier pressure massage. Staff was nice. Steam room and sauna were relaxing, but bummer on no hot tub.
Emely, Bryce, Kellee, and Liz were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! 10/10 will definitely recommend. I also visited when the jacuzzi wasn't working. Bummer for sure. But the services were amazing, and Rashaad was a ton of help with all the questions we had from beginning to end!
One of the worst spa experiences I’ve ever had — chaotic, dishonest, and completely unprofessional. What was supposed to be a relaxing birthday turned into a loud, disorganized mess. The spa was under a nonstop fire alarm for hours — flashing lights, automated warnings, and no resolution. Staff acted like it was normal. No apology, no warning, just chaos. Beautiful Spa I had the most relaxing and thorough massage with Bryce. It was beyond amazing, his technique was precise and his attention and balance of equal time to all the extremities was much appreciated! Bryce literally massages the entire body for ears to toes! Highly recommend him ! Facial was just as relaxing and perfect all by Liz who was amazing!
