Staffing is terrible, uninformed, not trained, customer service was not good if not out right rude from one bartender in particular outside at the tiki bar. Food passable. Overly priced for such a poor experience. Money is not an issue when given great service or product. However the Reggae band was a lot of fun.
The only resort between New York and Atlantic City beautiful place to Visit with your family
I had a wonderful winter weekend stay and found the staff very kind and lovely. Enjoyed the food and the views. Definitely will be coming back!

I stay there every year. Totally love the hotel but I would like a little vip service once in a while lol.

My favorite place to be. I've been coming here once a month for almost a year now. Everything about this place is great. Amazing beach view, great food, friendly & cheerful staff, wonderful spa, things to do in walking distance, and the hotel itself is beautiful. I've never had a single problem in all the times I've been here.
Would love to be spending Christmas here. ❄️ Such a Beautiful , peaceful place, seeing and hearing and smelling the Salt water air. Perfect in the rain or Sunshine. This is what I need.
