I stayed for one night and took full advantage of the newly renovated spa. I had the aromatherapy massage with add-on scalp massage, and the treatment was incredible! The technician was extremely knowledgeable, and the atmosphere was unparalleled. I could do 20 more right now! It was a beautiful ocean-front weekend.

Great hotel. Wish I could afford to stay there in the summer. Right on the beach, like the modern upgrades since the remodel.
The spa itself is lovey. Highly disappointed with the resort. Because they were holding a convention there, they closed the kitchen off completely for ALL other guests, restaurant and room service. The resort did not inform the spa staff of this.

The positives: nice atmosphere, friendly staff in all areas, great ocean front view, free wifi. The negatives: our room was not cleaned upon check in. They apologized and waived the resort fee. The worst was the fire alarm going off and having to evacuate from the 7th floor at midnight with a toddler. Any relaxation gone. The pool was not heated enough at all. It was rather freezing. I had the most amazing prenatal massage yesterday from Christine! Everyone and everything from start to finish was the most relaxing and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend the spa here and will definitely be back! Thanks Christine and team!
