Great staff, especially Kelley at the Seaview Restaurant!
The hotel is beautiful, great location and really nice rooms. But the service was very disappointing. Hotel staff were not gracious or accommodating.
We just had our wedding reception here and the service was fantastic! Kerri, Dawn, Cynthia, and Kal were so attentive to every detail, and made us so comfortable and made everything go so smoothly! I enjoyed the view from the roof with the Fire Marshal. Maybe next time it will be for pleasure.
This place has spectacular views; top notch service; gourmet food beautifully presented by the head chef; a charming dining room host and manager, Kelley...and a charming, helpful and hardworking housekeeping staff--including Miriam, Kiara and Shanika. With the balcony door ajar I can hear the surf and smell the sea breeze when I am not enjoying the view. I'll be back as often as I can afford the time and fare if this crew is still running the show!
