Nice staff, great location, clean,60 minutes from NYC
Without doubt, my favorite Jersey shore spot!! The rooms are lovely, the brunch is spectacular & the beach side service is impeccable. Can't wait to come back again this year.
Nice hotel. Beautiful lobby. Bed wasn't comfortable which I would expect for the price. Room decorated nicely but tile floor wasn't very clean. Lobby area lacks staff to direct people to where they need to go. Just staffed at check in area which means you have to wait to ask a question. Again, for the price they should have more help especially when hosting conferences at the location. Always a line at hotel desk which is where you have to go for any questions. Had Brunch on Sunday June 11, 2017. Parking costs ridiculous and one must ask hostess if parking is validated when eating at restaurant. This is not advertised anywhere. Cost of brunch $35.00 and does not include a drink like most restaurant brunches. Food was good but not labeled on display. Some dishes hidden in boxes that do not appear to be for food. Great music however after taxes and tip we could have gone out for great dinner instead. Also no discounts offered for seniors.
The bar service was disorganized inside the hotel and at the tiki bar. The tiki bar is understandable since there is no specific walk up service area.... Inside, there was no excuse. Seated at the bar with maybe 15 other people and 3 bartenders. It took almost 40 minutes to get our last order and I had to ask for it 3 times.
