Hard to give a full review since we were in the area for a baseball tournament and were unable to totally partake in all of the amenities...The Tiki bar was a good scene everyday with the bartenders MOSTLY on top of everything..The inside bar was ok, although with too many patrons the service can get a bit lax...The bands of choice were great and kept everyone involved and moving inside and out... It's July!!! Why does the kitchen close at 10:00. Tonight, so many people left the bar to find food somewhere else. And why are there so many people using the facilities for free. I am paying to use the facilities, yet people come off the streets and use it for free. The staff is not friendly and feel this place has gone downhill.
The service & atmosphere great but wish they'd played Spanish music too..
Beautiful hotel but not very handicap accessible. Staff was extremely kind and accommodating though! A beautiful place for a wedding
