We stayed here for a night and upon checking in I encountered a very rude customer, clearly he was a racist!!! Very upseting experience,however, Miss Soriano N front desk. Director noticed the whole incident. And upgraded us to a gorgeous suite! As a Health Care Administrator, I respect how professionally she treated my sister and I. The Pool waitress Shannon was also attentive and so helpful. For these two people I will definitely return for longer days? Thank You Ocean Place!!
Modern place, clean rooms, very friendly staff, beautiful beach, good vibes, upscale neighborhood. Tiki bar is nice but they should have a Bar/Lounge for guests only inside the Hotel. Tiki Bar is open only when weather allows it. Otherwise, nice place!
If you like the Jersey Shore, this place is very cool!
If you eat at the indoor or outdoor restaurant, hope you get Cathy as a server! She was fantastic!!
This is my second stay here. The first time they sold my rooom style i paid for and had to take a standard room versus suite. Next year, same thing so luckily the meeting planner put me up at another hotel. This time the toilet was broken, holes in the walls, lights burnt out. Hallways were never vacuumed. When you complain you get an attitude. Not worth the price. Would love to attached the pictures
