We stay at the ocean place frequently for a staycation and absolutely love it ! The service , the staff are outstanding. The view of the ocean is breathtaking, add a massage at the spa , room service desert with a nice bottle of wine at sunset and the result are very therapeutic for the mind, body and soul , obsessed with this resort :)
I'm surprised this place is still in business. Several years ago, we were part of a convocation. The room was unkempt (neither the bedding nor the bathroom were exactly clean. and faced the rooftop where the kitchen exhaust fans were going full speed for 24 hours. At the time, nothing could be done. When I later followed up with a phone call and email to management, I did not even receive the courtesy of a reply.
I love it very sweet and helpful staff they have 3 extended themselves awesomely just love it

This place sucks. Rooms old and tacky furniture Beds have seen much better days. Wifi does not work. This is after changing rooms 3 times. Staff ok. Save your hard earned money and go somewhere else especially at these dollars.
.My Wife and I were here July 11-13. We will be returning again and again. The Band Up Side was great I wished they could have played Longer.10;00pm on a Sat night is a little early. They did have other music but live Music is better Especially that Band. The Tiki bar closed at 1:00 am The ONE Server VIKTOR was the Best. We first met him Sat night, we ran into him by the Pool he took care of us again He is truly amazing this kid was running around all over. I would rate him as the Best Server Ever!!!!!! We stayed sat/sun this wknd was not the best weather but a great room and staff made up for that! Patricia at check in was awesome super informative and friendly! The price was good too had a nice room with costal view on 6th floor. I would not do the breakfast buffet again was way overpriced for what you get but the Mother's Day buffet looked awesome wish we would have reserved that In time. I hope to go back again when weather is nicer!
We had a company event at this hotel Monday and Tuesday (4th and 5th May). There were about 90 of us from BASF Corp. I stayed in rm #321 on Monday and when I checked out I forgot two small bags for my toiletries. Contacted the hotel several times and they were not very convincing in their answers. They apparently didn't find anything in the room, which is very surprising. So, for sure someone has got hold of those bags and didn't return.
