The worst treatment for guests and the worst security that a hotel can have. I stayed with my family there for vacation which ended in a nightmare. When I arrived to check in I had to wait for 3 hours for the hotel room because it was not ready like many other people. When the room was finally handed over to me, the hotel employees took my bags to the room and a suitcase was missing. Walked into the hotel to get outside for a party. Many people in hotel without masks and not practicing social distancing. Same with bar area outside. Scene defied everything we should be doing.Ocean Place you should be doing better.
