I would give the resort a four-star. My daughter and I go mainly for the spa, which is very nice. This is the first time we went during the summer, so we were able to enjoy the beach, and the pool. The beach was very clean, and they have people who set up the chairs and umbrellas for you which is very nice. They have a very nice tiki bar, with some kind of entertainment every night, whether it’s music, bingo, or trivia night. We just left there today and loved the resort and everything was great there! we definitely saw things we haven't seen before like dolphins, awesome lightening over the ocean, and amazing waves. We chose to go here for our honeymoon after our plans changes numerous times due to COVID. We only have 1 complaint. There was a tropical storm this week and we lost power at the resort 3 out of the 4 nights we were there. It happens, completely out of anyone's control. We were there for 3 nights. We got there Saturday morning and wemt straight to our room. Went to the pool for a few hours and tried going to the room to pick something up and door was not working at all, battery had died. Called Engineering and they showed up 45 mins later and finally opened/busted door. So now we had to move to another room. When i asked they told me it was a nearby room and when asked further they confirmed it was a bit further away from ocean (we had partial ocean view). I complained so they “upgraded” me... read more
