$30 day parking, meals overpriced with service that leaves much to be desired ( 1 hr to be served dinner in an empty dining room) food was good but not worth waiting for. Goes on and on
RecommendedThis was our first stay at Ocean Place Resort and Spa and everything was wonderful, including our room. The staff were very attentive, friendly and professional. We look forward to returning, but for a longer stay next time.

Excelent, beautiful place
Incompetent staff especially mangers!!! Charged my credit card for rooms that I never stayed in. Then when I called to explain the situation to the manager his answer was he didn’t charge it so he can’t fix it. Rooms were not ready until 2 hours after check in time Ran out of towels for 3 hours during pool hours. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Horrible experience.
Disorganized and incompetent staff. Horrible customer service. My credit card was charged over $1200 incorrectly and I've spent nearly a month trying to get it resolved. The management is not responsive at all. No GM so the place is run like a hot mess. Double check ALL charges, because they tack on a bunch of small fees and lack transparency. Not sure how there are so many positive reviews on this page. Check recent reviews on Yelp, Trip Advisor, and Google and you'll see hundreds of complaints similar to mine.
Very homey place to visit on a vacation!
The tiki bar is beautiful with lots of palm trees. You feeling like your on a tropical vacation in New Jersey.
