Recommendedthe staff here is phenomenal. the whole place is extremely clean, and if you are worried about covid here, everything is extremely clean. this place is the best and in the middle of everything on long branch. it's a MUST STAY!
We had an amazing wedding here. The staff including Kelly and Sofia were extremely helpful, rooms were great, the spa was very nice and the guests loved the food especially the chicken, tuna, macaroons. Kelly helped us so much with wedding planning and she always answered our emails and questions. Kelly was very supportive when we made the tough decision to move the wedding ceremony indoors. We would recommend this venue for weddings 100% and it was perfect.
I can’t say enough about my wedding on sat 10/10/20. Kelly in catering is the absolute best! My guests are raving about the service, the food and the rooms! Thank you thank you for making my wedding one of the best days of my life!!!

This hotel is tired, outdated, shabby and needs a refresh is a big way considering the high cost! The rooms are priced at a 5 star hotel level and I’d seriously not give them more than 2 stars. The staff was fine, friendly, nice enough. It’s the condition of the hotel and the cleanliness. They have obviously tried to cheaply update the rooms with a coat of paint which is like a neon blue which doesn’t match anything else in the room. I read many mixed reviews prior to booking and was glad I still did book a stay at this resort. Yes the rooms are pricey but based on my own personal experience I think it’s worth it. We booked a King Coastline view room and the view of the beach was breath taking and the room itself was nice. We booked a 2 night stay and arrived early so we could use the pool early in the day before check in time. To our surprise , our room was ready and we managed to check in at 8:30am.
