We had Breakfast at The America and the People was very pleasant. Later We had Dinner at González Y González and also the People was Very Nice and the service very good. Next time we are in Vegas we are coming back to New York-New York.
We lost our parking ticket and on their website it says the staff will help you determine when you got there. We were there from 9am to 5pm Christmas Eve day. The “staff” did not believe us despite us having receipts for our meals, etc. They charged us a full $30 for a lost ticket. On CHRISTMAS EVE. Disappointed and disgusted. I will never stay at New York New York. I should have been charged $12. I will blog and tell my large social media audience to avoid this place like the plague. Shameful. Vegas will always be vegas. She is Disneyland for grown ups. Everthing will always be overpriced, but we know that coming in. The only variable that exists in this environment is the level of service and quality of the hospitality. MGM properties have been the best for us in terms of friendliness and helpfulness. Service is great and it shows in how personable the other guests have been. This is our fourth trip to Vegas and New York New York has been the most pleasant.
Es un hotel bonito confortable la gente muy amable, buen trato nos la pasamos genial gracias las Vegas.
Service is not good they look at you and if you don’t look like a million dollars they ignore you, don’t take your players card they asked for ID every time.
Excellent place to visit it was cool we had fun fun fun
