We are headed back for our 2nd time to our fave hotel in Vegas! We love the atmosphere, the casino is incredible and food options amazing- I can’t imagine staying anywhere else.
I paid $15 for an upgrade and the room was ordinary and only on the 12th floor. What exactly is the upgrade. Hotel is in great location for T-Mobile arena. Rooms are dated and there are no outlets for modern mobile devices.
Good hotel but can’t understand why we had to pay a cover charge in the bars in hotel when we were residents in the hotel never heard of this before. $5 to stand and $10 if you wanted to seated �
Upgraded the room to a larger room, but disappointed that there was not even a coffee pot in the room. Very clean room and beds are comfortable.
We stayed at NYNY last August, it was a very nice experience, checked in quickly, no more than 15 mins wait. Our room was very clean. They provided a fridge for my husband's medication at no extra cost. We took advantage of the discount to ride the roller coaster. Enjoyed the pool with our girls, loved the seating that was available all the time. I would definitely recommend the hotel, and will stay there again, very nice and friendly staff. Thank you!
This was our second visit to NY/NY. As with our 1st visit, we were VERY PLEASED. We stayed in the Players Suite which was immaculate. Our bags were delivered 10 minutes after we checked into the room. We requested extra hangers and they were brought up immediately. Everyone of the staff we connected with was friendly and courteous. We ate at Nine Fine Irishmen- delicious, America- very courteous staff and Il Forniao- superb! We also visited Village Street Eatries where they had an excellent selection of food shops.
