Was waiting for washcloth towels for 2 hours. Also had a bad experience at night a lot of people selling drugs was a scary. Needs more security at night.
Love this casino/hotel!! My wife and I just made our 4th trip here and appreciate the courtesy and attention to detail that NYNY provides. We will be back!!
Besides the fact I had no where inside to sit and charge my phone, the New York, New York Casino & Hotel is the place to be... I recommend no one visit Las Vegas without going and witnessing the wonder & excitement it is, and the roller coaster must have been plucked right out of Cedar Point itself lol... Totally wicked!!!!! Cha!
This is our 4th stay at NY-NY. We love it here. The staff have always went over the top in efforts to make our stay here a memorable experience. We have to especially thank Michelle J. at front desk check in. It did not take a big spending amount to get great free room offers. WE LOVE NEW YORK, NEW YORK.
They charged $12 a night to park in their own facility. There was a woman bartender named "Christine" in the Times Square bar who was very rude the entire time we were there. They had a lot of good restaurants but they were a bit pricey. Gone are the days of reasonable prices for food when they made their money from you gambling.
The hotel rooms need to be remodeled, other than that I had a good time.
The rest of our group booked their rooms here because of a deal they found. We reluctantly decided to give NYNY the benefit of the doubt. It was slightly worse than we had hoped. We booked a Park Ave room - this is a mid-range room. The room is basic. There is no mini fridge. No coffee maker. Damaged furniture. A large wall in place of where a floor-to-ceiling window would have been expected, given we paid to upgrade to a "strip view". The beds were "ok". Every time we've stayed here the service has been awesome!! Checking in was a snap and the lady upgraded us because it was our sons birthday!! We love this hotel and will stay here again!
