A lovely, relaxing experience. I got a mani-pedi from Jenna and a haircut from Josette. They were both great conversationalists and very down-to-earth. I get the sense that if I didn't want to talk, they would have accommodated that, but I love meeting people and hearing their stories. I also used the spa facilities for relaxation, and boy-howdy, it was a great day. The sauna was out of order, but everything else worked. I generally enjoyed my time at the Waldorf Astoria Spa. I have been making my way around other spas on the Vegas strip - my preferred experience is to purchase a day pass to relax and use the amenities. For this spa, I paid $120 per person. The pass is $100 for non-guests, plus a 20% service charge - so $120 total. I think it's $75 + 20% if you are staying at the Waldorf. Great customer service all the way around! I can could enjoy the strip view it provides all day. Spa amenities are fantastic and eveything was in working order. My favorite things were the body scrub, hot tub with in tub lounge chairs, and the vibe of the staff. You can tell they care about this place and it's guests! Thursday afternoon was pretty quiet which I was greatful for. The spa is clothing optional and this is the most comfortable I've felt with that at a Vegas spa. Definitely will return.
