Where to start. I came to the office for consultation about face lift threading and botox refresher. I waited for 1 hour and 20 min. When i finally saw doctor he said that threading wont help me, which was ok. While he continued pulling my face like i am a sharpei, critisizing it, WITHOUT OFFERING ANY SOLUTUON. His presize words "getting old sucks and you are gettin jowelly". And i am only 42! And always take care of my body and face. I still decided to do botex, since i spent all that time. Best. Spa. Ever! There is a reason this place is expensive, this place has given me the best spa experience of my life. The amenities are amazing, the staff is extremely kind and courteous. The jacuzzi is so comfortable with a view of the strip. I got a hot stone massage and facial (which by the way is a much better value if you do the time ritual rather than paying for each service separately). The massage was the best massage I have ever had. We will be coming back to this spa the next time we are in Vegas!
I love this office and the care I have been given. All work in the office is done by Dr. Rueckl and he is the best. All injections are given by the Dr. and he is very artistic in the placement of them. I also go to the spa for treatments and am very satisfied with the results they have achieved. Would definitely recommend this office.
They did a great job of cleaning up the old and installing the new!

Outstanding! Can't help but rave. – Love this SPA, love the doctor and the staff is also amazing. My treatments (Photo-facial & Refirme) have been done with Angie and I adore her, when I leave I always feel pampered. Love the doctors, staff and especially results – The doctor and staff are amazing. I have had multiple procedures done here. Microdermabrasion, laser hair removal, even worked on the dimples on my thighs with the cellulite treatments they offer.... My friend took me with her when she went to get Botox, which she loves. I'll keep going back. I am ready for the holiday parties
Seriously. That was the first question I was asked. This is no place to get an honest consult about what you need if they need to ask your budget first. I'm sure they would sell me everything they have if it was in my budget. Rather I needed it or not.
I loved Lakes Dermatology. Dr. Rueckl and his staff were so kind to me and made me feel so comfortable. I had gone to another Dermatologist a few years ago and was very unhappy with the results and his staff, to the point that I was reluctant to every try it again. On the advice of a friend I gave Dr. Rueckl a try and was so pleased. He was fantastic, his staff treated me so well, and the results have been phenomenal.
