Such a blast exploring bourbon country with our friends this weekend! Dede was our bartender at Top Deck both nights and he was such a doll!! We love his hospitality!!!
Excellent service, courteous and friendly staff
The most valuable to me is the golf experience. It is fantastic from the employees, who are amazing and that starts at the top with the their golf manager. The course is in awesome condition and is fun to play.
Excellent lunch buffet. Very good service. A little pricey, but it IS the Marriott !!
Not handicap accessible. Front desk was not helpful and was not given the room I reserved. I had to get on the phone for an hour with customer service to get Marriott to “allow” me to check out without penalty. I have been a loyal elite member for years and this was the only location that has ever treated me badly. Having a handicap is hard enough but to have an organization I’ve been so loyal to for so long treat it dismissively was highly upsetting.
Lovely hotel, needs a refresh which they are going to start later this year. Wonderful mansion next to the hotel (owned by the hotel) is supposed to be haunted. Spa for relaxing and indoor pool.
How much per nite for 2 adults king bed 2 nights??
Disappointed would be an understatement. Between Melinda overbooking the hotel to the manager Dom being less than accommodating, this property needs a total overhaul. When we checked out on Friday, our pizza boxes from Tuesday and Wednesday were still in the hallway trash. We won’t be back to this property.
Awesome place. Stayed there a few times and each time was great. Cooks are training from other countries with the chef there and they always unique dish's daily in the concierge lounge. Very beautiful property. Many times I got to have samples of whiskey when I came in from working lol
