Horrible experience. Terrible management. Sewage back up into our sink from room above. No apology. Did not send anyone to disinfect. Horrible. This was our mini moon after our wedding. Terrible management.

Excellent Easter brunch. Staff were so warm and friendly . Loved seeing the Easter bunny there too. Food was delicious. Can’t wait until next year to make more special family memories

Walked into a disgusting sink in my room but the front desk staff took care of it very fast.
We had a wonderful experience with my daughters wedding reception in the Bluegrass Pavilion. The wedding packages can be customized to your tastes and budget. The serving staff and bartender were all pleasant and helpful. The food on our buffet and passed during the cocktail hour was tasty and beautifully presented. Kudos to all and Emily, our Marriott wedding planner.
This was our third time at this hotel. It has always been nice, but the SERVICE THIS TIME Was PERFECT. I have been to many functions in hotels and have never been as satisfied in every category. This new GM has knocked it out of the park! Thank you for a lovely weekend celebration.
I was there for a retreat and the air just couldn't keep up...it was miserable everybody fanning and wiping sweet...not good. Also our room was on 82' when we got there and 2 hours later it was 75' after I set it for 68'. Maintenance had to come and bring a fan...it finally cooled off enough that it was comfortable.
