Great Place....Great Service...Great Food. The Entire Staff Is Very Accomadating And Very Helpful And Politeful Too....I Would Highly Reccomend This Great Facility....TWO THUMBS-UP GUYS & GALS!!!!!!!!
We have been visiting this hotel for the past 25 years and every time we check in it's like coming home. Wonderful staff and amenities. It's one of my favorite places for a quick get away or a long stay.
Day 2 of staying at the hotel and still no fridge. Wanted to make a sandwich today but I couldn't because my lunch meat got spoiled. During these hot days I was parched but all my drinks are warm. Thanks.
Of course I love this place! We booked our wedding rooms and post wedding brunch at the newly renovated Mansion! Our brunch was perfect and delicious thanks to Jenna Walker who arranged my special request of Crunchy French toast! Also our rooms and room service was perfect. The staff did not miss a beat. It was so great seeing all of my old friends!
It was a great place for a wedding. Everyone was extremely nice
Very nice place. Relaxing, good food and quiet. I would have given 5 stars but housekeeping didn't replace empty toilet paper rolls. Didn't notice til morning. Thank goodness the Kleenex container was full. Overall, everyone was professional, helpful and very courteous. Clean room. Beautiful decor.
Had a few issues at first but the staff corrected them immediately and with southern hospitality. I will be back for sure.
Had my Birthday dinner at JW's Steakhouse last Friday 10-14. Had a fabulous server, Ron, who knew everything about the history and reno of the mansion, details of their specialty Bourbon and presented me with the most delicious cake I have EVER EATEN! (After a wonderful NY Strip steak) Their award winning Butter Cake. OMG....
A little age on it, but ok. If the bathrooms were bigger, it would improve my rating.
