Beautiful presentation, great staff, FANTASTIC restaurant!
Beds are superb!!! Bartender Rick NOT FRIENDLY at all. He could have made a lot more money in tips as we had a large group. In comparison to rest of staff, he was a negative 5!
Was going to shower in the am till I found pubic hair and was totally grossed out ruined my experience
The drinks are way over priced. Food is good but also overpriced for what it is. Rooms clean and services great. Staff very nice.
Just spent Saturday night there to go to the football game. While my Gamecocks fell short of my expectations, the Griffin Gate Marriott met and exceeded my expectations. Excellent place to stay at and excellent service.
If I could give it 0 stars I would. Worst customer service I've ever experienced, and I travel internationally on a regular basis. Booked months in advance, and didn't get anything we reserved (i.e., we booked for 2 couples and arrived to find 1 bed for 4 people!). Also, STILL working out duplicate charges on credit card, because reception charged me for MULTIPLE rooms on check out. Behavior of front desk staff was unbelievably rude & juvenile.
