Our favorite hotel in the south.....
Thoroughly enjoy staying at this beautiful and unique property for golfing and visiting area thoroughbred training and farm areas. Looove Lexington and the Griffin Gate!
First time here...This place is amazing!! Stayed on the top floor, in a beautiful suite. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be back.
We love this resort so much that we specifically go to Kentucky just to stay there. Its a very layed back atmosphere. The rooms are clean and the staff is great. Will be back again next year for sure
Very poor service. Ordered lunch at pool. Two hours later... never did get it. Seriously ...a turkey sandwich?!!!
Worse customer service EVER! Tried to have them reverse a charge after we paid for the room 1 1/2 times! Will NEVER stay here again. The price is outrageous and they didn't even clean the room so all of the towels are still on the floor.
Very bad experience with Melinda overbooking the hotel and Dom did nothing to resolve. Very miss leading and unprofessional across the board. Hotel is also dated and lacks cleanliness.
Most caring staff I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Craig, (the general manager), really cares about his guests experience! Wish I could give this hotel 100 stars!
