Four Seasons has always been a great place to stay in Austin..Stayed there many times... They charge 45 dollars a night to park your car...When it is time to go they reparked my car and could not find my keys.. was not able to go to mass Sat Vigil...Concieger personnel tops.. Front desk people need help.. Reservation department needs work..A young guy that works there very helpful named Jay.
Horrible. Food was terrible. Pork chop dry and 2/3 fat. Risotto tasted like soggy white rice. These are absolutely not exaggerations. The crab cake entree was the tiniest crab cake I have ever seen. The service took forever. They simply ignored us most of the meal. Not only was the food totally overpriced but we were charged for two beers and only had one.
