Happened to find this place as we were making our way back from Kentucky Lake. We were headed to Murray for breakfast but opted to try this place instead and we were so glad we did. Fresh cooked to order food and everything was excellent including the service. Will definitely go back.
The Four Seasons Westlake is always one of my favorite places to get away to. My facial was excellent although I only give 4 stars because the Cobb salad I ordered was very disappointing this time.

The staff are exceptional from front desk to housekeeping. Our room was perfect each time we arrived back to property. The food at Quattro was very good, as was the wine list. Since this hotel does cater to business primarily, the pool area, despite having a great staff and service, was disappointing. Located conveniently to both highway and beautiful residential neighborhoods for those who prefer to jog, walk or bike rather than the fitness center. We will definitely stay here whenever in town.
Got a 50 minute massage and I was in heaven. The masseuse was very gentle with my recovering knee from surgery but also put enough pressure that I was able to enjoy it! The facility was so clean and beautiful! The servers around the pool were super attentive and walking around with iced water around the clock! My sister and I ate by the pool which was so delicious and the poolside servers brought out a birthday cake for my sister which made her day! Thank you for the wonderful experience.
I swear the sky opens up and clears all clouds away so you can sit in the sun and just relax. Great deep tissue massage by Mariah and wonderful poolside service by the twins!
The food was delicious for brunch. I loved the crepe bar, and tried a quail egg, and the homemade gelato was fantastic. I also loved the pastries and desserts, it was a memorable time. The vanilla cream croissant was a hit, stuffed with strawberry gelato even better. That being said, it really is expensive. Had I known the price in advance, i would have gone somewhere else.
