The hubby and I were in town for the Predators/Rangers game last night. We tried The Southern on a whim! Very good food, customer service was amazing, a little chaotic at first, but it settled down. Food was served in a timely manner and was really good! A little pricey for the food, but it was good enough to make it worth it! Would definitely recommend to others.

Great bar, the best cornbread and grilled oysters to start the night. Never got a chance to have dinner, very busy on weekend nights. Look forward to coming back, cool ambience and great dining option away from the honky tonks... but close enough for after dinner beer and live music. Heard their sweet potatoe fries are not to miss!
This place was amazing, Barrette was really nice and helped me picked something good to eat with my strict non meat eating diet and gave me some amazing sauces wh my breakfast.. thanks
I normally love the Southern and go just for their brisket because it comes apart like pot roast but yesterday it was charred black and had to use a steak knife to cut. Our service was top notch and everything else was great.

The Hot Chicken and Waffles were AMAZING!! Great place overall and the décor is nice too!
