I love living here. So peaceful and everything in apartment is so modern and brand new. I recommend these apartments to everyone I talk to that is looking for a new place. Management is so nice and friendly.
They over sell this place. I have been a property manager for years. This place is poorly managed. Looks OK on outside besides the dirty glass and dog shit all over and dog pee smell. Poorly up kept, hallways and elevators are always nasty, dirty and smells. Inside poor construction and AC goes out frequently, only rental property where you pay for your own water filter. All the real reviews seem to get deleted or commented saying the residents don’t exist… The gates we all pay to have never work. Now the elevator doesn't work either. Wifi we also pay for goes in and out constantly. Amenities can’t be used for days at a time due to being reserved. Trash service we pay for says a normal size bag of trash is “over sized”. Dog feces all spread over the complex.
To say this is the worst place that I’ve ever lived in my life would be an understatement living in a low income apartment would definitely be better than living here paying More than $2000 a month for an apartment that is classified as a luxury but nothing in the building works all the door signs. The fire signs that are on the outside of the building Fell off and are on the ground and each staff member pass it day in and day out and no one seemed to see it to pick it up and fix the issue. Absolutely love it here came to visit my friend. Fell in love with the place. As soon as my lease was up I applied the office staff made everything super simple.
