Office interactions with Amber and Julia often felt condescending and unhelpful. Communication was slow and callbacks were missed. There were repeated maintenance problems, including a ceiling leak and water damage over about three months. Multiple repair attempts didn’t resolve it promptly. During service visits, staff also damaged the walls and broke my couch. I later sought medical care and requested air quality testing, which was promised but delayed. I was so excited to be moving into my apartment, which was very clean and new looking. The office and maintenance staff, all very friendly. Unfortunately, the welcome to dogs policy has become a problem with people leaving their pets to bark for hours and be a nuisance to their neighbors.
Exceptional! The best apartment complex I've ever lived in. Hands down!
Nice apartments and amenities. The office staff really shines. They're constantly trying to craft entertainment opportunities for residents. Bingo night has been a fav. Food, neighbors, prizes. It's fun. Food trucks often. Always pleasant. It's a good spot.
