Absolutely love it here came to visit my friend. Fell in love with the place. As soon as my lease was up I applied the office staff made everything super simple.
I’m not sure where the negative reviews are coming from, but I absolutely love living at Southerly! The building is always well maintained, my neighbors are wonderful, and the management team is consistently responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend Southerly to anyone looking for a great place to live.
All the real reviews seem to get deleted. The gates we all pay to have never work. Now the elevator doesn't work either. Wifi we also pay for goes in and out constantly. Amenities can’t be used for days at a time due to being reserved. Trash service we pay for says a normal size bag of trash is “over sized”.
The office workers are really what completely make this place a miserable living experience. They are extremely passive aggressive and rude but try to play nice. Also every one here has a dog and you cannot take a walk without smelling dog feces or nearly getting attacked by an ankle biter. The walls are PAPER thin. Even for being a new place some how the place is falling apart. Neighbors stomping on floors all hours of the night. Office does NOTHING except belittles you. Theres no real property manager, clearly.
Been here for a couple months. I gotta say I haven’t had this kind of experience at any other property that I’ve been at. The leasing team made move in super simple. Courtney, Amber, and Ivana are fantastic! They take care of everything quickly as possible. Much better than any other property I’ve been at they sincerely care about my issues when and if I have any. The Amenities are fantastic. The resident events are pretty cool too. I’ve never been at a property that does resident events for them to do this for us is awesome... read more
