Great boutique property with elevators!
I really wanted to have a positive experience living at The Southerly, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. We were never late on rent, never caused problems, and only had one minor noise incident when we first moved in because my young daughter was a little loud. Other than that, we never received another complaint. We took good care of our apartment, and the normal marks and fingerprints left behind were simply signs that someone had lived there.
