We absolutely loved living at The Southerly! Amber and Ivana made our move from Texas so easy and stress-free. They were always friendly, quick to help, and even gave great local recommendations. Stephen from maintenance is great, requests were always handled fast and professionally. We transferred from a two-bedroom to a one-bedroom, and that process was just as smooth. We truly love living here! From the moment we moved in, the entire team has made us feel right at home. Matthew, Ivana, Amber, and Courtney have all been absolutely amazing to me and my family , always friendly, caring, and ready to help. Anytime there’s a small maintenance issue, it’s handled quickly and with a smile. I decided to look at two rather new rental apartments in St. Augustine. I met Mariel Rivera who showed me around the apartments, very considerably cognizant of what my desires were. I am still working with her to determine which apt. we would like. She was delightful and provided options for me which were so helpful. I thank her for her experience and knowledge of possibilities in the Southerly at Shipyard in St. Augustine. A delight to work with! Best Regards!
They all did a great job very happy with my stay
I would not recommend this place. Its more like a section 8 that is poorly managed. It smells like Marijuana especially the elevators. The pool is always dirty. 3am people hanging out at pool drinking and being disruptive on multiple occasions. My husband is a fire fighter and hes pretty disappointed on what we were sold. Looking forward to move out in dec.
