I decided to stop by The South Smokin BBQ on Harder Road. Overall, I would give it about a 3.5/5. The ribs were good, but not quite at the “wow, I need to come back tomorrow” level. The fried corn was actually really good and was probably one of my favorite parts of the meal. The sides were a mixed bag for me. Was in the neighborhood and tried for the first time. It was really good. I got the ribs ( very tender). Good proportion. The greens were good also ( Not like mines) but way better than most places. I will be back!!! And Tim was the best!!
The owner was super friendly and the food was great!! Amazing collard greens.
