If I could give this place a negative star I would. Worst management staff (Michelle) I have ever witnessed. They’re rude to the waitstaff. I witnessed and employee leave the facility Monday night wearing nothing but her bra and pant. She was our waitress when we went into eat earlier in the evening. Poor girl could not have been older than 16! Who treats their staff that way.
This is worst restaurant EVER! I was in on Tuesday night and witnessed a staff member that couldn’t be older then 17 serving a table a young men alcohol. Because the manager Jeannie couldn’t deliver the drinks to the table because she was to busy being a complete bully to the young wait staff!! The Colorado Labor Board has been notified because if this was my daughter I would be completely disappointed in this Restaurant... RecommendedBest Mexican food . Part of the old Holly West, East, North and now The South
we have had Christmas Eve dinner there every Christmas Eve since it's been open. I recommend the steak burrito, but everything is excellent.i just love the place.

We've always enjoyed going to The South. We did not know that Jerry had passed away earlier this summer, and sendnour condolences to his family, and the restaurant's staff. That said, we noticed that our portion sizes seemed to be smaller than they had ever been in the past. We're hoping this wasn't a.decision made by restaurant leadership, in Jerry's absence.
