I had a vhs tape jam in the player...which is almost as vintage as I am. William encouraged me to disconnect the device & bring it in which I did, and avoided taking up more of thier time & a service charge. William had the issue resolved quickly, & made an extra effort to straighten out the tape which had become twisted & folded in the adapter I was using. Since returning home & reconnecting the player. I walked in on a Saturday to test out headphones. I’m more of an entry level music listener who wanted something with better sound quality than my old Sony WH-1000XM3. Wayne helped me a lot on how to choose the suitable wired headphone, and spent time explaining to me the logics in trying on different pairs. I’m very happy with my selection in the end! Overall, I highly recommend the Source AV store to people who are looking for headphone upgrade, especially if they want to test out in person on weekends.
