I had a vhs tape jam in the player...which is almost as vintage as I am. William encouraged me to disconnect the device & bring it in which I did, and avoided taking up more of thier time & a service charge. William had the issue resolved quickly, & made an extra effort to straighten out the tape which had become twisted & folded in the adapter I was using. Since returning home & reconnecting the player.
