Verified Renter I probably complained a lot in this survey, but overall I love living here. The onsite maintenance and housekeeping teams are really dedicated and pleasant to work with. I enjoy the convenience of living downtown while also feeling safe and secure. My neighbors are friendly and polite. Not to mention, the building is beautiful! I love our mini gallery, the view out my window, and always feeling excited to have friends visit me.

Verified Renter We enjoy living in a beautiful, modern high-rise glass tower in the heart of Portland's arts district. Great views, great location, good parking, well-maintained building with some nice amenities, friendly neighbors...we love it here!
New Management, really gone downhill When we first moved in we loved this place but it’s gone downhill. -“secure” parking garage has broken multiple times with cars either locked in or locked out for days at a time. An amenity I pay hundreds extra for a month. -incredibly loud parties in the game room multiple weekends in a row until past 1am shaking the entire apartment and no security around to help the situation, even though they say there’s 24/7 onsite security they are no where to be found -mail room is a disaster with ... read more
Verified Renter I’ve been living at Be DTLA for two years now, and I couldn’t be happier! The staff here are incredibly friendly, which adds such a welcoming vibe to the community. The common areas are always clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciate. The neighborhood is also great—conveniently close to essentials like a grocery store, Starbucks, and Chipotle, making day-to-day life so much easier. Highly recommend for anyone considering DTLA!!!
Verified Renter ladd tower is a joke. Do not live here. Rent only goes up, management is awful about communicating issues with residents, and they are forcing smart locks on residents. Smart locks are inherently poor security, and realpage is facing lawsuits in several states for price fixing. They do not care about resident concerns. Amenities are not maintained and management does not care to maintain them. I have been lied to several times about things. Do not live here. You will regret it.
Verified Renter The facility is great for those looking to stay and explore Los Angeles with a reasonable lease. The studio outline is decent with some things wished to be desired such as pre-installed internet. The rate for some amenities are fantastic as you save $25 on internet, parking costs less than most apartments, and the water and power payments are done through Be DTLA.
