As of today we have lived here 6 and a half months with NO amenities. 😡 They are always pushing out dates of when things are going to open so we have just gave up on hope for that. The apartment walls are not insulated very well.🙈 We can always hear EVERYTHING our neighbors are doing. On a positive note, the maintenance guys are always very friendly when I see them and have always fixed anything we have requested them to do.
I have had nothing but positive experiences with the management, and am looking forward to my January move in!
Solamere Grand if a great place in the van it's a brand new condo just came in the city this year and we are about done with the construction on the other five building the first four buildings are already done and we are going to have a swimming pool in a clubhouse with lots of games and more once you move in you would definitely feel like you are at home and that's a true story .
Disappointed that i don't have any of the amenities available to use, but paying the same amount of rent without amenities that were advertised when rented. Also parking is horrible if you have children, never any available conveniently located to your building. You can hear absolutely everything your neighbors do, so if you have children its a problem. The property management does not handle issues well at all. Maintenance was supposed to come out on two occasions and still have not fixed my window leaks or my bedroom door ... read more
I had Initial building issues which they have been working on. Pedro is the man and they respond so quickly! I love my neighbors, and it really does feel like home. I’m currently visiting my old family house in NY and upon getting here I realized this no longer feels like Home, my apartment is Home and I can’t wait to come back �
A little ridiculous that for over a hour my apartment has been vibrating from someone's tv and/or radio bass being so loud. Can hear it outside but not in hallway apparently a regular thing since I spoke to someone the hall over and they constantly have problems with the person being loud would not move here way to loud
