He won’t take your case if you were issued a ticket, regardless of circumstances. Very surface-level, quick to dismiss, and not interested in asking follow-up questions. Didn’t even ask if my passenger was injured or needed help. Disappointing experience — seems more focused on easy, clear-cut cases rather than putting in the effort on complex ones.
