I took my girlfriend and kids there yesterday for dinner. was seated and didn't even get asked for drink orders until 10 minutes later. The food came out forever after we ordered and it was cold. The Reuben which was advertised as hot came out cold and soggy. My daughters pizza was cold. My girlfriends sandwich was cold and soggy. they only thing the seemed to get right was the cheese fries. the new menu didn't have any of the sodas on them and this is pretty sad being that this place is literally called the soda fountain. We had the best time at The Soda Fountain! Samantha was an outstanding waitress and we had the greatest sweets & pizza! They stay busy, but it doesn’t impact their great customer service or fast service at all! Can’t wait to go back!
I couldn’t find a good Jersey style pizza here in Venice for over 12 years. Who would have thought it would be at the local ice cream parlor! Thank you guys so much for giving us a killer place to eat on the weekends♥️🍕

Tried to go for ice cream at 7pm and was seated outside to be told they weren't taking any more tables the waitress was to busy. Understaffed? while there was 1 waitress they were 4 people behide the counter and a host to seat us than inform us we weren't going to get served. Lost local customers as well as a frequent vistors.
Been going there sence i was a kid. went there sunday with my wife and kids. We had to sit ourselves. saw are drink sitting in the counter for ovee 10 minutes. my kids pizza slices were dried out. they had to been sitting out all day. The manager seemed more interested in flirting with our waitress then managing.
Amazing phosphates, food, and people!! A must stop if you’re in Venice! (Try the grape vanilla phosphate!)
