The new employee Kristin will scream and yell at you she has zero customer service. She is incredibly unprofessional and I am not the only resident she has screamed at in the club house. Which we pay to use as stated in the lease. She will treat you like trash and thinks its ok to make fun of handicapped people!
I really miss living in the social all the amenities the friendly staff management has gotten a lot better in the last year or so property have been kept up a lot better maintenance was being met more promptly new carpet cleaner units I stayed there for 5 yrs so I could appreciate all the improvements over the last year I’ve witnessed thank you for providing clean comfort living and management ❤️💯
Do not rent here. Unsafe and not clean. Moving child out due to maintenance not fixing things. Broken locks and doors. Dead rodents. Safe yourself the headache and breaking lease fees because you will want to move out
