We spoke to Virginia and the process overall to even begin renting an apartment at Acasa High Road was made extremely difficult by her. It took an entire week for them to even answer the phone for a follow up on our application. Virginia was very rude, unpleasant, short-tempered, and ill-mannered. Never in my life have I had such an awful experience speaking to another woman. Virginia was very unprofessional and had a terrible attitude throughout all of our conversations. Get better management because this is was an awful first impression of this place. 🤬🤬🤬
I have been living at this property since 2023 and decided that I have had enough. My experience there was very unpleasant on top of that they always have new management like every year, no one ever had the answers to questions we ask. I got charged for the carpet that was already nasty 🤢 OK when they give me the apartment because no one even came out to clean it.
