The pulled bbq chicken is the highest quality I've ever had - it never disappoints. And law me, don't get me started on the cobblers. Can't believe the BEST barbecue joint in America is right here in Concord! #LoveMyCity

This place is awesome! The best Bar-B-Q I have ever ate in my life! I got the beef brisket. If you haven't ate at The Smoke Pit you are missing out!
I am a self professed barbecue snob from Memphis. I have never had decent barbecue in North Carolina until I ate at the Smoke Pit. The pulled pork is so tender and flavorful. I still prefer my Memphis barbecue but this is delicious. The sauces are different, but delicious! Very Good!
Awesome Food and Price for the Money!
This was the best sausage, brisket, and cobbler I've ever had, hands down, and their sauces are amazing. I would thoroughly encourage anyone who likes great barbecue to visit The Smoke Pit.
We ordered food for our Christmas Eve dinner. It was great.
We visited for the first time several months ago with friends. We have been buying meats from the butcher shop next door for years but this place was Awesome! We go every chance we get, and even have our friends going now. If you want great BQ this is the place to be!!!!
