GREAT food and portion sizes are large. This was our 1st visit after the restaurant was recommended to us by a local. Staff was very helpful and polite. I will go again when in the Concord area.
This is the best barbecue hands down anywhere around.
I’ve been to a lot of BBQ joints from The Mississippi River over and all up and down the east coast...I’ve yet to find a place that beats y’all on brisket and burnt ends! #LongLiveTheSmoke!!!!
I was "blown away" and "super impressed" by the AWESOME customer service at the Concord location. I'm very big on customer service. My belief is...you can find good anywhere, but good service is hard to find. Here, they have excellent food and "exemplary" service. EVERY staff person who passed our table asked if everything was okay and if there was anything they could get for us...even the manager.
