Booked a table for 8:30 pm. When arriving 8:25 we were asked to wait in the bar. 9 pm I asked when our table would be ready and then they asked us to wait a little bit longer. What’s the point in booking a table when it’s clearly not available at the given time?

It became one of the standout moments of the trip where we had one of the best meals we've ever eaten and when we were treated like absolute royalty. We had dinner there tonight and the service from Rafael was awful! We never received our second round of drinks, our steaks were not properly cooked (over cooked) and never were checked on, and we all ran out of water before dinner even arrived.
