What a shame table service was great but when it came to payment after our card (we are visitors to the US) which had a chip was declined We received by the manager on the night a very judgmental comment . We paid cash plus paid a sizeable tip then overhead his negativity. Such a shame we will not be back nor will we recommend others to go to this restaurant Sad to see a manager with such a negative attitude

Got to witnes NY snottyness at it finest and the folks at S&W handled it brilliantly and with the class those customers did not deserve. For starters, the Wollensky Salad was by far the best part of my dinner; the bacon and dress were amazing! The loaded potatoes au gratin did not disappoint either. Had a great night, no issues at all. Food was great, wine was great, staff was on point.
So my wife and I decided to come here for an early valentines day. We weren't disappointed. I got the Colorado rib eye and my wife got the filet mignon. We also got the mac and cheese and parmesancrusted cauliflower. Everything was delicious. My only gripe was we both ordered our steaks medium and they were pretty much rare. To a smaller degree, my wife got her filet mignon but the plate wasn't wiped down. Still delicious tho. Definite 5 stars if the food came correctly.

It’s just an awesome experience. A must do in New York. And the prices are better than on Times’ square.
Enjoyed my first visit. Steak was slightly over cooked but the taste amazing. The bourbon pecan pie was the best I ever tasted.
