Everyone at the smilist is so friendly and funny! I have a fear of dental work, but they help me to relax by answering all of my questions and they do their best to make me comfortable.
I had a great first impression! The staff were wonderful and they made me feel educated throughout the process, it was a pleasure and although it was a little pricey with my insurance, I believe it is worth it. They took great care of me!
I scheduled an appointment but, I was flying and unable to call during their office hours. As soon as I landed, I attempted to contact the office, but I was still on the aircraft and we couldn’t hear each other clearly. I understand offices have cancellation and no-show policies, and I accepted responsibility by paying the $50 no-show fee. I wasn’t asking to avoid responsibility, but I did hope they might consider a one-time exception given the circumstances. After paying the fee, I was asked if I wanted to reschedule.
