I used to hate going to carolina dental but when I went in to the smile shop today the change in atmosphere was dramatic. Everyone was so welcoming and seemed happy to be there. Every person I came in contact with made sure to explain what was going on so I was never sitting around anxious about what they were doing. I'd give them 11/10 if I could. Yay for not being terrified of the dentist anymore!
I was nervous about changing from Carolina Dental to the smiles shop. Well today I had to get my 6th month teeth cleaning and the 1st person I met was the smiling Sharon she was just down rite friendly she made me feel Like I have been going there forever. Next I met Kristin she's really cool and down to earth.Then Dr.Spriggs came in and he's very nice. I had a cleaning done yesterday and Kristyn is always so nice and personable. Great place.
I had my 6 month cleaning today at the Smile Shop and it was great! Kristyn did an amazing job and she super sweet! I highly recommend this practice.
Kristyn has small hands and was very gentle. Great traits for a dental hygienist (or proctologist)
