RecommendedOffice was very clean and the staff were very friendly! After not having a cleaning for quite some time, I expected a little discomfort but there was NONE. My hygienist Kristyn, was very thorough and very gentle on my teeth and gums. I had no discomfort at all and left with bright and polished smile!
What a great experience! I challenge you to walk in and not instantly feel the warm welcome by Anita and everyone at the smile shop. The dentist is never a place you want to be yet the folks at the Smile Shop in Durham have found a way to make it fun. Thanks to everyone there and can't wait to see your Halloween costumes.
the staff is always friendly and greets you with a smile. I overpaid for a procedure an the doctor actually wrote me a check to reimburse me while I was in the off. Now I must say that is excellent customer service, additionally I was early for my visit and they took me back early so I was done even faster. I love, Dr. Bolin!

This is a top notch practice. The office is clean, modern, and beautiful. The staff is extremely friendly. The hygienists are excellent and Dr. Dolin is extremely competent and spent a long time with me explaining aspects of my care. I would highly recommend this practice and I’ve attended several in the area
