Dr. Kennedy and her staff have the best dental practice ever. I am 68 years old and have had several dentist in my live time but none like Family Dental of Orland Park. Their staff of professionals include excellent dental assistants and hygienists that are tremendous. The administrative staff will direct you to the best dental insurance to cover your dental expenses so you pay very little out of pocket cost. I highly recommend them.
Maddisyn Rehl is one of the Registered Dental Hygienist here. She did an excellent job on my teeth. I needed to have a deep cleaning done and it was Not painful like the others that I have had in the past from different dental offices. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a cleaning.
we are new to Bartlett Dental Associates- my daughter had a dental emergency, I called & they were able to get her in right away and were very affordable. Everyone was so nice from the time I called until when we walked in the door & all the way up until our apt was done. They made us feel very comfortable. Overall it seems like a good Dental facility, but there's room for improvement, such as the long wait time for your scheduled appointment. Anywhere between one and three weeks, depending on what you're being seen for, one week for a routine exam, & two to three weeks for anything else. Also, make sure that you confirm your appointment at least one day prior, or they'll give your appointment time to someone else, and you'll still owe them fifty dollars, for not giving them confirmation.
