I can honestly say that every single person I encountered today from the receptionist to the billing coordinator , dental assistance dentist and especially the dental hygienist did an amazing job. I feel like everyone went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy and understood every step before we went through the process. Unfortunately, I didn’t need to get a tooth filled, and my dentist was able to do so without any pain medicine. Kumar, Lorena, Ari and Candra were amazing. I have not been to the dentist in over 15 years and they made me feel comfortable took away my nerves and did not make me feel bad because I have not been to the dentist. I know my teeth are bad but they were extremely positive and very uplifting with my experience. I am glad I came in today. They got me in and out in good time. I am already loving this place.

This was my first time at Jefferson Dental on the WW White location. From somebody who has extreme anxiety from the dentist office and has postponed visits for 6 years due to this anxiety I have to say this was the absolute best experience I've had. Everyone from young man that greeted me at the door, the hygienist Lorena, and Dr Kumar were the most professional, gentle, and kind staff. My first appointment they kept me waiting for 30 minutes in the waiting room, 40 minutes before the dentist saw me, and then told me it would be another 30-45 wait for the cleaning to begin. I had to leave because I didn't have 3 hours to spend for a routine cleaning. I had to go get my daughter. I rescheduled. On the second appt I waited 30 minutes. They told me insurance wouldn't cover what I needed and that I had to pay $300 out of pocket. But I could only only pay with my debit card, so I had to leave and go home to get ... read more

I like the smile center, it’s ran down could use a face lift. But I trust the dentist staff is always courteous and professional even when I have been in a bad mood about being rescheduled this has happened more than once but I know things happen and is out of the control of the front desk. I appreciate each one of them. And I would not want to go anywhere else.
