In ref to previous post for patient Larissa Andrade, my daughter. Tried calling several times to get explanation on my card charges & phone rang at times with no response & also was forwarded to answering service, which was very frustrating. She signed on the credit charge for the medical exam for 49 on the first page. Second page was for an exorbant amount with a line & no sign off. I love the dental assistant Ari, she really made me feel at ease with my extraction. The front desk coding woman Kendra was great as well, also making me feel at ease. Very friendly and patient people!
Kumar, Lorena, Ari and Candra were amazing. I have not been to the dentist in over 15 years and they made me feel comfortable took away my nerves and did not make me feel bad because I have not been to the dentist. I know my teeth are bad but they were extremely positive and very uplifting with my experience. I am glad I came in today. They got me in and out in good time. I am already loving this place.
I can honestly say that every single person I encountered today from the receptionist to the billing coordinator , dental assistance dentist and especially the dental hygienist did an amazing job. I feel like everyone went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy and understood every step before we went through the process. Unfortunately, I didn’t need to get a tooth filled, and my dentist was able to do so without any pain medicine. Nice office staff, dental hygenist was great. However I will not be coming back here. I'm low income with no insurance and I could have went to a dental clinic with sliding scale fees. Fees are way too high. Will have the rest of the work that I need done elsewhere.
