I have been coming there for sometime now and have enjoyed the services however lately they have not been as consistent..much of the car is still not dried and the other day after getting the full service which is all I get I waited 22 minutes in lane number 4 just 5o get my car dried....I mean really what’s the point 22 minutes waiting cars already dried. Can’t say enough great things. I had the best experience. I made an appointment to get my husbands truck detailed. They did an incredible job, incredible staff and it was half the price of the dealership. So glad it’s local can’t wait to come bring my car in!
I have canceled my auto subscription in writing on Flagship's website twice and my credit card is still being charged. The company states that there are no long term contracts "cancel any time" and that "A Flagship Car Wash Customer Service Representative will contact you within 1 business day to confirm your cancellation request." I originally canceled on 2/5/18, then again on 3/7/18 once I realized I was still being charged. I again contacted the company on 3/11/18 and requested a telephone call. Nothing.
