Brisket as good or better than any, ever. Now they also have some of the best fried chicken I've ever had. Who knew?!
The owner is arrogant, and I think I love him. I'm a big fan of the cilantro sausage, fatty brisket, and ribs. If they have brisket chili or tamales you should order both. Now that I've gotten that out of the way, let's talk about the sweet potatoes. I want to slow bone Slow Bone's sweet potatoes. Yeah... I said it.
The Eve sandwich is phenomenal, not an everyday thing but the best kept secret in Dallas. Go here and eat. And the owner is awesome, looks like Jeff Bridges.
